Camp Fire Day Camp

$37Camp Fire Day Camps give your child the chance to experience all of the fun of summer in one action-packed day! Your campers will travel to Camp Hantesa in Boone for a day of adventure, fun, and making new friends! Campers will choose their activities for the day from a number of options – no two days are the same! Activities may include arts & crafts, sports, sledding, ecology, orienteering, and more! All activities are led by Camp Fire’s professional and caring staff who will spark your child’s curiosity, provide encouragement, and help them explore new experiences!
Each day includes transportation from one of our drop sites, a hot lunch, along with a morning and afternoon snack.
Grades: K-9
Drop Sites and Drop Off Times:
Camp Canwita (Ames): 7:00-8:30AM
McHose Park (Boone): 7:00-8:30AM
Camp Fire Service Center (Des Moines): 7:00-8:00AM
Pick Up Times (ALL SITES): 4:30-5:30PM
