School-Day-Off Camps: Year in Review
Among running more than a dozen summer camps across Central Iowa, we took some time to reflect on our year of School-Day-Off camps, or SDOs, held throughout the 2021-2022 school year! Our programs run year-round, not just during the gorgeous summer months. This past school year, Camp Fire held 18 school-day-off and weekend camps, serving 247 campers across central Iowa. Our school year programming takes place at Camp Hantesa offering nature-focused activities all year long. As we enjoy our remaining weeks of summer camp, we can’t help but get excited to reach even more youth during the school year by providing engaging, fun, and inclusive programming for all youth across central Iowa!
